OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU.

Triumph SA is excited to announce our Triumph Assist programme designed to give you peace of mind that we’ve “got your back” while you are traveling on your Triumph away from home.

We have taken on board customer input that while we have an excellent, focused, premium network located to suit where 80% of large capacity motorcycle buyers live in SA, there is a concern that our dealers (and approved service centres) may not always be “around the corner” if needed while travelling in our beautiful country.

WHO IS COVERED WITH TRIUMPH ASSIST?

  • All Triumph customers who have purchased their motorcycles through our dealer network and currently fall within their warranty period.
  • In this regard, we have extended the Triumph Assist cover one year beyond the expiry of the standard Triumph warranty period!

If required, as you are on a journey, Triumph will send you an appropriate motorcycle to continue your travels. Responsibility for usual excesses will be required.
