Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Triumph Motorcycles, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The items returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted. Please note that your first exchange is free of charge, thereafter courier costs will be for the purchaser’s account. Any clearance items purchased are non-returnable or refundable. Helmets purchased online will only be exchanged/refunded within 48 hours of customer receipt and must include all their original packaging/protective labels on visors and be in good/new factory condition.

Returns

If you checked out as a guest , please contact our Customer Support at info@triumph-store.co.za for a return authorization to start the process. Triumph’s Support is from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday Once your return is processed, you will receive an email that contains your Return Reference number and link to a pre-paid shipping label. Please print the Return Reference number clearly on the outside of the box and include the printed email inside. The Return Reference number is required for us to process your return and refund. Refunds are processed when products are received.

If you have an account , you may process your return by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click “My Account” and then the “Orders” tab
  3. Click on “Return Item(s)” next to the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Click the check box next to the item(s) to return, select a reason for the return from the drop down menu, and fill in any additional details in the box
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next Step: Review Authorization”
  6. Review the information to make sure it is correct, and click “Final Step: Generate Return Reference Number”
  7. You will receive an email that contains your Return Reference number and link to a pre-paid shipping label

Warranty

All Triumph clothing products are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the customer. Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularity that differs from tolerances set for any product specification.
